The product was actively growing during the pandemic, and we were asked how effective it is to sell cosmetics online with fast delivery.
Cosmetics are a very personal product, with a higher price and additional characteristics compared to groceries. We wanted the online experience to be richer than going to a physical store.
To do this, we came up with the idea that the product should have its media, sections and interaction formats that would help a user make a choice.
We reviewed all the recent experiences of buying products and developed new principles for navigation, the principles of forming new materials for various departments and guides for shooting and describing goods.
